Our terms are NET 30 days upon approved credit. Accounts with open invoices that exceed 30 days will be placed on credit hold until payment has been received.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks/money orders in US Funds. Payments received in foreign currency are subject to additional processing fees. Return check fee is $35.00.
Shipping & Handling
All in stock merchandise will be shipped after order processing (within approximately 2 business days). Please allow 3 to 7 business days for shipment via ground delivery within the Continental US.

Orders shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Time in transit may vary.
If your order includes out-of-stock merchandise (excluding GeriHeel™ products), we will ship back ordered items standard service at no additional charge.

Refund & Return Policy
Prevent Products, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return claim.
You may return most unopened items purchased from Prevent Products, Inc. within 30 days or the original delivery. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if the product is defective. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may be charged (unless defective). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment in most cases within 4 weeks of receiving the return (less shipping and handling charges).

Notice: Foam can permanently discolor when exposed to air, heat and light. This discoloration is normal and does not indicate any functional deficiency in product performance or longevity.
